- This position is responsible for providing account assistance to the membership by phone, in person, email and by mail. Assist members in setting up new accounts and in making changes to existing accounts. Accept and process loan applications and conduct member loan interviews. Handle member complaints and resolve account related issues.

- Identify, develop and process sales and lending opportunities for AgFed and deliver outstanding service to credit union members, in addition to performing all account and teller related services.
